My husband was busy working, I was just using Google and it completely stopped working.
The Sky Fibre hub has a slow pulsing green light on it. The Openreach box has solid green lights on Power and Lan, a flashing green light on PON and no light on LOS. We restared both the hub the openreach box, it just went back to doing the same thing. No phone line either.
Looks like the openreach box trying to connect to the BT exchange.

Re: Our Broadband Is Down In Leeds LS28
@The+cloud+trial First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Done all that multiple times! Seems to me it's not our end, it's looks like it's trying to connect to a BT exchange and not getting a response.

@The+cloud+trial
NOTE: The service checker doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there is up to an hours delay before the service checker picks up a lost connection so perhaps try it again later.
If you're still having problems you may need to contact Sky to report it. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.

Hub lights; This link provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

Red light on ONT; See this link ~

Bad weather; Adverse weather can also impact your broadband.
Working from home; Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won’t receive additional or quicker support.

Re: Our Broadband Is Down In Leeds LS28
Thank you, it's all showing red for sure but just keeps going around in circles. The Sky app wants me to book an engineer! I think that's a bit premature especially when it looks like it could be an external issues as opposed to our equipment.
I'm out at this second but I will call when I'm home and I have some time to sit. It's taken out our phone as well so I'll has to use my mobile. I'll try and get to the bottom of it. Thank you.
