Ordering Pods

Hi - I have recently upgraded to sky wifi max. I only have one pod and am struggling with some black spots in my house still. I have been trying to find somewhere to order more pods but I can't. Please can someone help me. Thank you.

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🔶📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

Note If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required.

thanks. Do you have the number for calling from a non sky phone? It's absolutely insane and driving me mad trying to order these - the reason I upgraded to WiFi max was because I needed additional boosters and they no longer support the old ones. The live chat doesn't work

@CWells1  Follow the links and go through the steps as there will always be an option for "I need more help" which will give a number, we can't post number on the community.

There are no links and no steps for ordering a pod. All the links in broadband are steps for equipment already received. They are all dead ends and there is no way to speak to anyone. The "chat" function doesn't work when you click on it. I really am at a loss of what to do but I can't use the WiFi in a large part of my house

@CWells1 The forum software prevents posting of phone numbers but any Sky number starting 03 will work or dialling 15 on Sky Talk or Sky mobile line gives you a free call
