Ordered broadband
Hi, I have just ordered sky broadband, I got a text message from sky saying I do not need an engineer to come help set it up and that it can be done without any help but I have also received a text message from openreach on behalf of sky saying that I need to get an engineer to go around.
not sure if that is through sky or a scam?

@Siamy All depends on what you have now and what you are getting from sky, OR supply the infrastructure that sky supply the broadband to you, so once sky accept, passed to OR, and if OR say we need to do something first then they will reachout to you, but you can ONLY get sky to confirm so, OR will not talk to you at all until the arrive at your doorstep. Call sky if you are unsure!
