Ordered a new connection 4 days ago engineer hasnt turned up
I ordered a new connection 4 days was meant to have an engineer visit today noone turned up how do I cancel please

@Tasha58 New broadband connections take a minimum of 10 workimg days from placing an order, did you receive confirmation that your broadband service would go live as it's very unusual to have egineers turn up on a Sunday to connect your broadband service
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
