I ordered an broadband and talk set up that will be activated on 17th October...Will they send me the router?

From memory the hub is posted royal mail 48 hour so it may not appear in your orders until thursday

The router can arrive anytime up until the day before activation
Check your orders on your my sky app or sky.com account over the next few days for your tracking number

Are you a new sky customers?
Does it say anything about the engineer visit?

In the email they said that my line can be activated without an engineer having to visit my home...
