Order

Two weeks ago i was scammed someone called from sky about new broad band 

This was cancelled i still have a engineer coming out Monday 

This needs to be canceled we do not want this upgrade

We are customers on here and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

 

If the order has been cancelled the subsequent engineer appointment should be cancelled too. You need to contact Sky to confirm this is the case.

@Panlo It is worth checking, because if you don't and you happen to be in a copper withdrawl area that is now happening, the downside is NO broadband or phone with a scramble to get service back. If me a call 150 from your landline phone a speak with a sky Customer Service person to see what the current situation is and also the Engineer if cancelled or not!
