Order tracking not updating

So, today was the 3rd installation date I had but after a couple of calls to sky on Saturday I ended up having to change installation date again, via Openreach direct, as I hadn't received the sky hub. Gotta wait till the 12th of January now. According to the order tracking it's still all down to happen on the 15th December but that was changed to today, the 18th but the order tracking never updated so the hub never got updated. I've spoken to a few people now at sky but this issue still hasn't been rectified so there's a good chance I still won't receive the hub by the 12th of January. Is there anyone from sky that can look into this? The original installation date was in November so going to be 2 months by the time it happens, if it happens.

The tracking still isn't fixed but at least they sent the hub out and I received it on the 22nd of December ready for the installation on the 12th of January of which Openreach have confirmed with me.
