Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mwsh80 you should be able to track the hub if you log into the My Sky app and look at the My Orders section. Typically they are dispsteched to arrive a few days before the activation so your's sounds to be late.

Yes I've checked My Sky, but it says I don't have any orders. Very confused.com
