Order for broadband & tv not working

I'm currently not a sky customer and want to purchase a tv & broadband deal. I have tried multiple times today to order a package, I get to the place order screen, enter my personal & payment details etc and approve on my banking app, but it fails to complete saying "sorry there's a technical issue, please try again".

All you can do is to call them so try the contact us option at the bottom of the page.
