I placed an order which I then cancelled as I'd entered the wrong address. I then replaced the order using the same email to the correct address but the second order isn't showing in tracking and I need to re-arrange the engineer appointment.
Any help would be immensely appreciated! Thanks!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you placed this new order today I would give it 24 hours as hopefully the system should then catchup. If it doesn't and you still don't see anything then call Sky for help on tracking the order.
