Order Tracking for Broadband

Hello,

 

I placed a broadband order this morning but neither the App or website (tracking page says: Contact us to get an update) are showing any order information or tracking. However, I did get a confirmation email.

 

I'am re-using the email address from an old Sky account but i did remove the email from the old account before placing the order.

 

Any help appreciated.

@ct_scot  If the order tracking is telling you to contact Sky for an uodate you'll need to call as the forum can't tell you anything about an order you placed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
