Hello,
I placed a broadband order this morning but neither the App or website (tracking page says: Contact us to get an update) are showing any order information or tracking. However, I did get a confirmation email.
I'am re-using the email address from an old Sky account but i did remove the email from the old account before placing the order.
Any help appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ct_scot If the order tracking is telling you to contact Sky for an uodate you'll need to call as the forum can't tell you anything about an order you placed.
