Hi, my broadband has been working for months and suddenly out of the blue the internet light stops working and the voice light shows orange on my router. When I reset the router the internet light flicks orange for a few seconds then turns off. I tried diagnosing the problem with the My Sky app and now I have to get an engineer out which will only be next week. Is there no other way to fix this issue? Thanks

Posted by a Sky employeeIf the diagnostics on the app lead to an engineer, then it'll be because of a fault. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do at this point till the fault is repaired.
