Hi
my sky broadband router has a solid orange line above internet all other lights are green no issues in or outside property a few other people in our area are having issues with broad band and phone signal with 02 and sky . I've checked with sky online service and it says no issues but I've had no internet all day, I've turned on and off multiple time throughout the day
can anyone help or tell me what I need to do

Find out more@rossbird1 run the connection test in the My Skybapp over a mobile as that has a more accurate system for telling you if there ia a known local issue. If there is an issue affecting your area there is nothing you can do to speed up the repair. However if thatvtest does not tell you anything useful you need to report the fault to Sky which you can do by calling them.
