I have followed the guides online, reconnecting cables, switched router on and off but the Internet light is still orange and it says no devices connected. I need help as i work from home. Impossible to speak to a person and don't know what else to do

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lisa6773 the led indicates that your hub has lost connection to the exchange. The steps Sky suggest is to run the service check innthe My Sky app over a mobile connection ignore the intial result which is from an earlier test instead click to check the broadband which should tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If they aren't call Sky but stay on the line tell the bit you need to report a broadband fault but dont accept offerscof texts etc and you should be routed to an agent.
