My sky broadband hub is not connecting to internet after a power cut. Ive done all the resets and stuff but no joy
Lights on router are
Power green
Internet orange
Wifi green
Phone off
Sky customer care is useless as it closes at 6 or 7 pm

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

We just had this happen. All lights showing green. Replaced the modem, working now.
