Since Tuesday morning my Boiler / alarm have notified me it has no connection, when I returned home I have no internet. I have tried resetting it and leaving it off for a while then reconnecting, but still nothing.
This is now 2 days later and I've seen from Down Detector that thousands of people are reporting issues. All so called 'service checkers' say there is no problem, but clearly there is.
Anyone know how to resolve the issue? of if Sky are even going to acknowledge it? I've searched the forum and found a post that Sky combined all the similar issues, then marked it as 'answered' even though they stated it isn't fixed and there were no actual answers in there other than a comment, 'thank you for bringing this to our attention, as it was spread accross many messages we were unaware' followed by.... we'll let you know when we have an update. So obviously... nothing since.

To add to the above, the PON light is flashing and the LOS line blinked red then went off. I believe this means there is a connection issue between the property and the BT Exchange.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou will need to call and report this as Sky may not be aware of the problem at your specific address. Sky have millions of customers so just because you found one thread on the forum about an outage that does not mean its the same issue you are experiencing.

Thanks @jamesn123 I have contacted them as well.
Surprisingly, I've just looked at my router and whilst the Voice light is still red, the Internet light is now green, so something is happening somewhere.
Not too worried about the Voice part as I have no home phone anyway, but need the internet for my job. There's only so much you can do from a mobile hotspot,
