Orange Internet and Voice Multiple times during the day

I have orange Internet and orange voice multiple times during the day which kicks out my connection. 

 

For instance it's, dropped out 3 times in the last 40 minutes.

 

I'm relatively new customer having joining Feb 12th 

 

Any ideas

@Rayugen your hub is losing connection to the exchange. Run Sky's service checker in the My Sky appover a mobile connection as that will tell you if Skky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If they aren't give them a call to report the problem.
