Sky Wifi max hub keeps turning red

ive had issue with my wifi max hub for 3 weeks now ive had a new one sent and still the same!! ridiculous, seems impossible to hget an engineer visit they say the network team are looking into it then get a text an hour after saying its all sorted, but in the hour that its been checked its turned off and on 3-4 times. Partner works from home and the 20+ times it turns off a day is chucking her out the meetings and all sorts! such poor customer service from SKY

@JordClucas94 it is often difficult to know quite why a line is dropping hence why Sky try steps like switching hubs to exclude the possibikity thst the issue is a faulty router. You issue is almost certainly not with Sky but rather it is Openreach not accepting a fault report this is quite common on partial fibre lines but less common on full fibre. 

The fact you use the domestic connection you buy from Sky forcwork gives you no priority but I can see it is frustrating so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
