I have decided to do broadband with sky, but I don't have an openreach box to plug my broadband hub into, how do I make appointment with engineer to fit one or can I not be a customer with sky ?

If you place an order weith Sky for Fibre broadband then Sky and Openreach or City Fibre will do the rest for you including installing the ONT needed for fibre.

Thank you! But I've already placed the order and it's been delivered but not had any notification of someone coming to fit or look at it

If it is Openreach that are doing the work then they should have contacted you via email with an installation date that you can accept or change so I take it this has not happened yet ?
