Openreach
Hi I had an engineer arrive to install my wifi I live in assisted living, there are other residents have sky wifi yet the engineer flatly refused to do mine as the job sheet didnt specify I had a carecall system, it is not a pullcord it is like a small tablet on the wall that allows me to let people in and if I ever did need help I can use the call button.
The manager of the flats has a letter from Sky that she shows to Openreach engineers to get this job done, however this engineer was rude to myself and the manager (she is now no longer allowed to attend the premises) however this hasnt helped me as I had another appointment booked for 20th Feb and it has been cancelled I sat in all day and no one arrived, on checking my account it shows cancelled.
I have had monies taken out of my account from Sky but have no service with them, there is no live chat and I am not good on the telephone trying to explain the problems.
How can I get this resolved, I have emailed for my money refuding nothing I have emailed asking why nothing I am at my wits end now and suffer badly with mental health and problems push me to the edge and I just have no idea where to go or what to do
Can someone please please help me

Re: Openreach
A couple of points…
I have moved your post from the Sky Q board as it's unconnected to satellite TV.
Sky don't use email for general communication so don't be surprised if you don't get a reply.
It may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~
