I bought the fibre broadband plus to sky in February and i'm waiting for Openreach since then. Is that normal?

This apartment has 4 apartments in 2 floors! So, I don't know.
Anyway, thank you for your help.

Not usual, but not unknown either.
If you put your address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker, that should reveal the Openreach notes specific to the property. Remove any personal details if you post the result here.

What does it means? For me it's like chinese!😆
Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Multi Dwelling Unit Residential Northern Ireland Only Small MDU.
FTTP is available and a new ONT may be ordered.
As a fibre priority exchange, FTTP has priority over other products if available at the address
WLR is currently available at the exchange
SOADSL is restricted at the exchange
For all ADSL and WBC Fibre to the Cabinet (VDSL or G.fast) services, the stable line rate will be determined during the first 10 days of service usage.
For all SOADSL services, the stable line rate will be determined during the first 10 days of service usage.
This site is in an FTTP priority area where FTTP is available but exceptionally SOGEA will also show as available to order but only at Non-Standard Premises (NSP) such as Hot site, Uninhabitable and Temporary locations. Migrations of WLR Solus (voice-only lines) is also allowed but only for SOGEA 0.5Mbps bandwidths.
Actual speeds experienced by end users and quoted by CPs will be lower due to a number of factors within and external to BT's network, Communication Providers' networks and within customer premises.
In order to be eligible for handback, downstream speed should be less than Downstream Handback Threshold values.
If you decide to place an order for a WBC fibre product, an appointment may be required for an engineer to visit the end user's premises to supply the service

You are in a block of flats by the looks of things ie MDU which means that they have permission from the landlord but may still need planning permission frm the local council which should only take 4 weeks
Can you check to see if you have a small rectangular white box above or near your front door
10 May 2023 04:01 PM
I think there is one box but I'm not sure if it's white and what is for. I never gave it much attention. I can check that

Essentially Openreach has to get optical fibre up to the outside of your building, then through to an internal communal (but secure) area and then to your individual unit, which is often not straightforward.
Googling for that particular message I found this document, which serves to emphasise this stuff really isn't easy ; )

I spoke with my neighbour 1 minute ago and he says he has fibre since 2 years ago!
I need to wait until sky says me something.
Thank you for your time

Aye. Just trying to see what work has already been done
I am in NI as well (it appears) as the customer and the amount of push rodding of fibre cables thru conduits to 25 flats is no walk in the park. Over here KN Circet do that work
