Openreach visited, hub faulty

I had Ooenreach visit a couple of weeks ago due to intermittent loss of internet connection.  Engineer said Hub was faulty & Sky would be in touch.  I've gone round in circles on skys help pages and can't find out how to chase this up as Sky haven't been in touch whatsoever.

Any idea how I move this forward?

Use this link:

Click on the ‘Need More Help’ area after ensuring the correct flag (UK or ROI) is displayed in the bottom right corner which should lead you to a number. In those circumstances don’t forget if you have Sky Mobile or Sky Talk you can use the 150 number to call.

Perhaps worth noting that this is the standard diagnosis when Openreach people don't know what's going on.  It's sometimes correct, but routers malfunction much less than people think.
