Broadband remote activation

Been waiting for my sky broadband to be upgraded to super fast today. Our internet went offline about two and a half hours ago and my order tracker is saying "action required" without further information.

 

Would just like to know what's going on and what I can do.

@rpsmyth1aYou would need to call Sky, if it is saying action required that is for you to call Sky find out what is happening.

@rpsmyth1a  Is your landline working with a dial tone or are you talking about using your mobile?
