My broadband hasn't worked since yesterday morning so I phoned Sky and arranged for an engineer to come around today between 8am-1pm. They didn't show up. When I phoned Sky again this afternoon to find out where they were they said it was because I hadn't confirmed by replying to openreaches text message. I didn't even receive a text message! The appointment shows as In Progress on my Sky account. The person at Sky said it can't be rescheduled until Openreach update the appointment as missed and there's nothing they can do until then. Any tips on what I should do please?
