Openreach database error message

We recently moved address and took our broadband with us, this was working fine for 2 weeks. We woke up one day last week with our line being terminated, an error. Sky advised they would need to cancel my current order and replace... we did this twice. Both times we have been advised there is a delay caused by "an error with the Openreach database" Has anyone experienced this before, if so how long/what did it take to fix?

Not sure if exactly the same for me but we recently got full fibre in my area . So I upgraded to this . My activation and engineer date if 25th may came and went.  Called sky and they said there was an error with the order on openreachs system . They escalated it . Long story short still waiting for full fibre I have to call back tomorrow to either cancel and place order again or hopefully there has been update with ooenereach all very slow and frustrating

Very frustrating. We have cancelled and re done our order twice now and still no luck. Sky have said the issue is on the Openreach database and not much they can do or advise from their end. This happened nearly 2 weeks ago now, it has been escalated but still no update sadly
