Openreach complaints

Can anyone advise I have just had full fibre installed. They have had to run it under next doors garden and the cable isn't that deep in the ground. They have left me and my neighbour with the armoured cable showing because the installer didn't have any thing to cut it with. Looks hideous right in front of my door and on my neighbours garden?

@Mulvey Take pictures off how and what it looks like now it is all done, and raise a complaint on the sky site, that is ALL you can do!

Re: Openreach complaints

Thank you I have done this and they have directed me to openreach to complain.

That would be largely incorrect advice: Openreach isn't a public facing company and has limited mechanisms for receiving such complaints.

You could, however, try this:

Re: Openreach complaints

They have told me to log onto openreach and select damage to my property to make the complaint. Except it is very frustrating it keeps kicking me out of the chat.

@Mulvey

“Quality of Workmanship” from the “Reason for Contact” field in the dropdown and then “Work outside property” would seem more appropriate
