Openreach appointmet

  • An appointment has been booked today with openreach to look at my Internet issues. This booked fro. 8am - 1pm but I have not heard anything,  I work from home and currently unable to so, how can I get an update,

I've moved your post from the Sky Q board. 

If it ends up with a no show Sky won't have an update until tomorrow as Openreach update their ISPs overnight on issues. 

I appreciate the issue must be frustrating but Sky broadband being discussed on here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it they won't receive additional or quicker support.

Hi @Fd1874   You don't tell us what the issue is, but remember that a vast number of Openreach(Kelly's) call-outs don't require a house call, but are fixed on the local infrastructure.
