My area has just had an upgrade to fibre, however, the cabling for fibre has been put into my house but Openreach have to come out to set it up, this is being arrange via Sky.
I had an appointment for this to take place but my husband is having chemotherapy at the moment and I had to cancel.
I can't speak to anyone and each time I try to change the date (as the next date they sent wasn't good for us) they just provide a date which also isn't good.
Is there anyway I can speak to a human to book a date?
I nearly left Sky as the price rocketed but they negotiated with me and brought it down a bit (as my husband can't work at the moment so it only my salary coming into the household), and I stayed, but as I pay so much and can't even speak to a human is really frustrating.
