Openreach and Sky Issues

Hi all. Hoping someone can assist me as I feel like I'm getting nowhere fast despite calls, chats and emails to Sky over the last three weeks or so. I am getting transferred to full fibre. Activation is today.

 

Sky engineer has come and done his work I think completed it but the issue is the cabling from Openreach is touching my neighbours house. I mentioned this three weeks ago and I spoke to Sky at the time who said they have contacted Openreach and that an engineer would be arriving the same day as the Sky engineer to fix cabling issue. I double checked and confirmed it with Sky Facebook support and via phone. Sky engineer came just before 2 and noticed cabling issue and said he'd stay for about 90 minutes to speak to Openreach. When I rang Sky for ETA first they mentioned 40 mins they'd be here. About 50 minutes went so I rang back and now they said no engineers scheduled. Now when I asked Sky Facebook who originally said an Openreach engineer has been scheduled they said it'd been delayed from Openreach side

 

Its extremely frustrating all of this as my father is palliative essentially and Mum is getting on a bit too and I feel like I'm being led on a merry go round. I just need confirmation that Openreach are aware of the cabling issue and are coming to sort it.
