Openreach Work

Signed up for Sky Stream & told that Openreach will need to conduct work outside house.  However spray paint markers left by Openreach seem to being directed towards my neighbours house and not mine? 
How can i confirm Openreach have the right house / details without anyway of contacting them?

Any help woould be great

Did you sign up for sky broadband as well?

 

Sky stream itself is a self install tv product
