Fibre activation

Hi I moved on the 31st of January and informed sky and changed over to full fibre 75, I am still waiting on my internet to be connected as a way leave needs to be signed for external work to be carried out by open reach, said work is yet to be done, anyone else had this problem before? I think it's disgusting I've been left with nothing and they won't even offer me temporary internet until they have been updated by open reach.

@Finn2019 this happens especially where authority is required from a third party. You should be due compensation as explained here Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

 

Sky do not offer a mobile back-up which is the only viable solution.

I was offered a temporary option but not until they have had an update from open reach
