Openreach ONT

I have just noticed what looks like smoke damage directly above the ONT with marks extending circa 2 feet above the box mounted upon the wall.

This is obviously a fire hazard and I've now switched the device off at the power source. Can you please advise who I need contact regarding this potentially dangerous issue sorted - I have both Talk and Broadband through Sky.
Additionally whichever party it may be - what's the best route to report and resolve - I'm already encountering the merry go round that you may anticipate. Thanks Jon

@JayEmmEss  You would need to speak to Sky, however for the community to advise further can you post a photo of the damage & ONT?

More important do you smell any type of burning in that area?  It is possible the scorching was done by drilling the brickwork to bring the fibre cable in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
