Openreach ONT socket - Power Adapter is missing

I newly install Sky superfast boardband and receive a Sky hub with power adapter.

However, i find that there is no Power Adapter for the Openreach ONT socket.

I dun know if the socket need power to operate or not. I am not sure if the previous tenant take the power adapter.

Where can I obtain the power adapter for ONT socket? From Sky or Openreach?

@Patrick117

This often happens when previous tenants take the power adapter for the ONT as they dont know what they will need.

You'll need to call Sky to let them know and Openreach will come and replace it for you.

They do seem to, yes.  Unfortunately it's apparently not possible to have that kind of device with a tethered adapter cable, and Openreach don't even see fit to provide a warning sticker saying that the ONT and its power supply are intended to be fixed infrastructure.
