Help with internet speed

I'm really struggling with my internet speed at the minute, I should be getting minimum of 57 download but not getting close to that and it's becoming unusable. 

Any help would be great.

Hi @Xssvsmiley 

Your stats show that you have a perfect connection at 80mbps coming to the router so the fault does not look to be external. I do notice that you are using an older router which is only single band WiFi. This may be the reason you are seeing a slowdown as the 2.4ghz WiFi space can get congested very easily which results in much slower WiFi speeds.

Either you can call Sky and report your issue, with your routing being of that age their first action should be to send you a newer one. Or we can escalate your post on the forum and you can chat to an advisor.

It keeps in disconnecting ? In the day

No it normally stays up just can get slow at times
