Hi everyone,
My openreach ont modem is missing its power cable/adapter.
I contacted openreach but they said my ISP aka Sky should provide one.
But o couldn't find a Sky phone number to request one.
What should I do?

That's not entirely correct: the occupant contacts their ISP, and the ISP then logs a fault with Openreach.
Openreach isn't a customer-facing operation.

How can I contact Sky? The assistant chat bot doesn't seem to work and there are no phone numbers I can reach.

There should be a contact number at the end of the online Help resources, but Sky is apparently having software issues today (Monday 11th November 2024)
