I had a message saying my broadband is now active but it's not working. Now I can't log in to MySky or get on to the contact page because it has a message "Apologies - we're currently updating our systems".
Anyone else getting that message?

Me too, I appreciate things aren't fixable quickly, but I've been trying since 9am as one of my kids are out of data and I can't send them anything without account access, so would be nice if Sky gave us an ETA when it'll be back up. Or, you know, just tell their customers there's an issue in the first place!

That's my worry, I'm at work, I can be sitting on hold indefinitely, and don't really want to overload an already struggling customer service line. I'm giving them til 12.30 and then I'll phone, long as they've got data before end of the school day that's all I'm worried about 🙂
