Openreach LOS showing red

Hi there, I'm having an issue with my openreach connection - with the LOS symbol showing red. I understand this means I need to have sky send round and engineer, but can't work out how to escalate this to them. Any tips on this front?

@Jessmid simply call Sky and report the fault the engineer will normally be from Openreach.
