Openreach FTTP Database Error - CBT on pole for 12 months

Hello, I am trying to upgrade to Full Fibre but my address is stuck in a database error. A physical Openreach CBT box has been mounted on my telephone pole for over a year. However, the BT Wholesale checker still reports "FTTP is not available" (Kintbury exchange, Cabinet 6). Could a Sky Community Moderator please help escalate this and raise an ORDI (Openreach Data Integrity) dispute ticket to get Openreach to manually review the status of my address? Thank you.
