Find out more@gorzilla its good you have got the process started but to conclude due to one complex order that went AWOL the whole process is faulty is very poor logic. Most orders go through as planned a few take quite a bit longer including my own. Stories as complex as your's are mercifully very rare.

Was it that complex and rare? If that was the case please explain how speaking to the right people ended up with me having a resolution in under 2 weeks. When speaking to Sky/OpenReach nothing had been resolved in over 2 months.
