Open reach los red light

My Internet went out last night and I checked my openreach ONT white box and it has a red LOS light on it, to which it didn't have before. Due to that, the Internet on my sky broadband is off and the WiFi is not working. I have been trying to contact sky and openreach but openreach directs me to sky. Please could anyone help with me on this situation on what to do next. Thank you.

@SaimaRazzaq if the service checker in the My Sky app is not telling you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line which is unlikely call Sky and report the issue. They will report the issue to Openreach. Openreach do not deal with the end customer that is down to the isp/telco.

 

When calling Sky use the phone number  linked to your account, stay on the line and dont accept offers of help from the bot.
