Openreach came weeks ago to install grey box yet message me to say they coming on 19th Jan and ask me to confirm or contact Sky. I can't talk to Sky. Bot options just want to know if cancel or change. I don't want to cancel as Sky engineer may not arrive on 19th to fix fibre connection indoors. It's so frustrating so probably openreach and Sky turn up on 19th or Openreach don't and Sky don't. Never realised you couldn't talk to a human.

@Wendi25 The message, it may just be asking you to type the word confirm and send it back, that is all, the call to sky would be NO it's not suitable so need another date!
Common way that OR do it direct to the customer especially if they are doing the job!
