Open reach fibre install to conservation area

I'm due to move into my first house in a couple of weeks which is in a conservation area. Having been satisfied as a Sky mobile customer over the past few years, I'm considering Sky as my broadband provider.

The one thing concerning me for me is the requirement to install a junction box in order to feed fibre into the property and the legalities of this in a conservation area. From memory of viewing the property, there is no obvious existing install at present.

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar situation? To be clear, the property is in a conservation area, but is not listed itself.

@Louis44 If sky are able to supply you a Broadand connection, then the Provider whoever that be will no doubt have done so before! Sky use both OR and CF as there two main connection companies! If you know the address/postcode then you can easily see what is available for either company. All three give you what is available!
