I have and no internet since moving into my flat, sky supposedly have scheduled an engineer to attend today, and had a confirmation of the appointment booking on Friday. However, I've haven't had any further communication from open reach on when they're arriving - nor can I get help from Sky on this due to there being a tech issue on the phone lines.
I need a contact number for open reach as it seems to direct me in a very frustrating circular motion between each of the two companies, telling me the update should come from the other?!?
