I had a sky engineer come round who wasn't able to fix the issue with my internet so booked open reach to come out tomorrow.
I run a business from home that relies on the internet for calls, emails etc. mobile data is non existent where I live.
I've missed out on a whole day of business and I'm supposed to have appointments tomorrow. Do I have to be home for openreach? The sky engineer changed the sockets etc already so the issue is likely to be outside my property. I can't keep missing days of work because im losing a lot of money.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky Broadband is for domestic customers so running a business will not get you priority call outs only having a business connection will that happen.
If Openreach are coming out then the chances are the issue is outside of your property but to be sure give Sky a call.
