Open reach box missing faceplate

The Openreach master socket is missing its front faceplate and appears to be incomplete. I need an engineer to repair or replace it so I can fit my new sky broadband box. I habe just moved into the property.

Has broadband been activated at your new property and if not are you having fibre installed ?
