Open reach box and my internet wire

Can someone help me as I'm getting nowhere with sky customer services. I have just moved home and the picture is my open reach box and the cable that's was plugged into my last property. As you can see my cable only fits into the phone line slot and not the WiFi slot do I need a new open reach box fitting?

@Alli31 you are using the wrong cable the one you have is the cable for a phone and should not be used to connect your Sky hub.. You can buy the correct type from most hardware stores you need a DSL cable with rj11 connecters.

Thank you for your reply this is the cable that came  from sky and was at my previous address which supplied my Internet without any issues. I will have a look for a different cable thanks

@Alli31 You may have got it in the box, but also surprised that the other cable would not have been in the box also, along with a filter etc, but if you are now converted to digital on that master phone socket then the Phone side is a dead duck also, and you do need a RJ11 to RJ11 ADSL/VDSL cable plugged into back of your sky hub and to that left hand side socket..... And phone if used into the back off the hub!
