My new open reach box that was fitted 5 days ago has started just not working. It was fine for 3 days then yesterday cut out for 20 seconds a time 4 times then completley off. I took all wires out powerd down then reconnected and powered up 5 minutes later and after about 10 minutes it came back to life but it's gone off again today no Lan light but Pon and power solid green
That suggest no physical connection between the ONT & your router. Make sure the ethernet cable is fully pushed home & both ends, then try another port on the router, then another ethernet cable.
