Open reach activation

Hi all,

I received a go live date message from sky that our broadband would be remotely activated on 16 July.

we received no message to advise activation. Spoke to sky and they advised open reach had a different activation date of 2 August. 

I work remotely so it's really important I get internet. Is there a way to get open reach to change their date?

I'm afraid not as that will be the earliest they can do it.
