I already have an ONT installed I think it just needs activated. I got a txt to say engineer calling tomorrow to install and can't contact them to advise. On hold with sky for hour and a half before they hung up as they closed. No other way to contact engineer too

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mrs+L23 dont worry the engineer will deal with the issue when they are on site. Openreach and Sky work from a database of what is connected and if they have arranged a visit there maybe an issue with your current unit or the fibre supply or simply the database is wrong. The engineers are used to this and normally take it in their stride and almost certainly shouldn't be phased by having to do less work than planned.
