Ont problem
Hiya just wondering if anyone can help please before I contact sky themselves. The red light is on for Los on my ont does anyone have any idea what could cause this? I've tried re starting everything but it is still there. Thanks

LOS is Loss Of Signal, which typically means a failure in the optical fibre circuit somewhere outside the subscription address.

Thank you! We've had workmen rough casting outside so it seems to have been them to have caused the problem
